All Registrants must sign this Form


The Stephen F. Burns Memorial Freedom Ride and Motorcycle Rally is hosted to remember and honor Stephen F. Burns’ passion for motorcycles and education.  As such, let us conduct ourselves in an appropriate manor.

*     Be respectful of others and their property.
*     During the Ride maintain the spirit of the event.
*    This is not a race, so please lets stay together and maintain safe speeds.
*     No fighting.
*     No Club colors or banners.
*     No Alcohol consumed on Youth-Reach Houston or Kingwood Harley Davidson’s property.


PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING:
Participants hereby agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the event, event organizers, it's sponsors and their affiliated companies, officers, agents and employees and the Youth-Reach Houston  Directors, Campus and grounds against any loss, liability, damage or cost releases that may incur from any and all claims, demands, actions, cause of action, penalties, judgments and liabilities or every kind and description (including damage to and loss of property which are caused by, arise from or grow out of the acts of omissions of registrar incidental to the Stephen F. Burns Memorial Freedom Ride and Motorcycle Rally, or from any breach by registrar of any term or conditions of this agreement. Registrant hereby assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of or related to the Stephen F. Burns Memorial Freedom Ride and Motorcycle Rally whether caused by the negligence or releases or otherwise.  I, the registrant, have read and fully understand the rules.  By signing below, I signify that I will comply with the rules of this event which are made part of this Agreement by reference and fully incorporated herein.  I have read and understand the rules of this event.
